Welcome to the Shared Service Centre portal for the UK and US.


  • Once you are signed up and logged in you can use your account to raise support tickets with our team of agents, and track your ticket status. Please follow the simple steps below to do this.
  • Please note that this portal requires you to use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari.  Internet Explorer is not supported.




Sign up steps:


1. 11. Click on ‘Sign up’ in top right hand corner of screen:




2. Enter your full name, email address and type in the text you are presented with. Then click on ‘Register’:



3. You should be advised that an activation link has been sent to your email address:



4. From your email click on the link or copy/paste it into your browser:




5. Select your own password, retype it, click 'Activate & Log in':
